Terrible service
Terrible service. iMessage isn’t activating after a day of trying. No way to contact customer support, keep getting routed to Vodafone support who say I need to talk to VOXI.
Cutomer service was really unhelpful
Cutomer service was really unhelpful. Couldn't provide me with basic information like my IMEI number for a stolen phone insurance claim. Was constantly being disconnected from without warning when people didn't want to deal with me anymore. Voxi has just lost a 5 year loyal customer.

Awful customer service, spent hours going around in circles about activivating a sim with them not listening to what I was saying and still not getting anywhere

Best company I’ve been with
Best company I’ve been with. No annual battle to haggle a good price, just great sim only deals all the time - plus you get reduced cinema tickets and gifts which is always a winner! Used to be with EE but I’d honestly never go back.

Highly worth it for my short stay in…
Highly worth it for my short stay in London. I have the freedom to connect with sufficient data throughout my stay. Hopefully to be able to re-use for my next visit to London. Not sure how long is this going to be valid for.

The only problem is
The only problem is, when I go from a bundle to another bundle, it says it will automatically switch over, which it doesn't, pain is, I had to go into town, find a WiFi connection and do the whole process again, everything else is brilliant, just that one factor that seems to be really hard to fix on the voxi office.

Had issues right from ordering the sim. The number transfer didn’t work. 3 sims later and not keeping the number I’m still £20 down and customer service is shocking. They just repeat the same questions. Takes hours for them reply and it’s always a different person. Not worth it

Voxi couldn't take my payment first time around so I had to set up a pseudo account ... hopefully I'm only going to be charged once?!

Having just returned from Australia I needed to get up and running with a UK SIM asap. The process of ordering the SIM was easy and I found a very reasonable plan. The SIM arrived quickly and was easy to set up. Very satisfied.

Awful, leaving due to lies.
Awful and lies.
Offer £30 when signing up via link, then dont honour after 3 months.
Sent me £10 and a link that did not work but said they cant send anymore and that they dont send Amazon vouchers!
Took 2 1/2 hours and still got nowhere after each rep told different lies and when called out on it just transferred me to someone else.
Already got my PAC, signal wasnt great and without the redemption bonus there is nothing they do I cant get anywhere else.

Just dreadful
Can't access your account once you've ordred your sim, so can't figure out when my contract starts. Customer support is virtually non existent and useless
